A licenced building practitioner / Carpenter with over 30years experience in the trade, Steffen started in the trade in the early 1990’s, continuing on to the UK in the 2000’s running various commercial fitout projects. Steffen has project managed multiple commercial and residential contracts including the Wellington Hospital Occupational Health fitout, the New building for Aqui-s New Zealand Ltd , New Toilet blocks at Shorland park island bay for Wellington City Council, Karori Te-Karotia’s new building and various bespoke architectural builds for Inside Design, Slessor Architects, Melling Architects , John Mills Architects and Studio Pacific Architects.
